The RA Store | channel launch







I co-pitched, conceptualised and delivered all aspects of a new marketing and revenue channel for Resident Advisor: the RA Store - RA's online and irl merchandise arm.
Over it’s first three years, as part of a tight team I ran point on manufacturing, distribution and implementation of a web store with our fulfilment partner (Bleep.com) logistics on product development for totes, custom slipmats, pin badges, stickers and alongside creative input on design for clothing ideas. Alongside product + communication briefs for all marketing + social campaigns.

Across this period we launched and fully sold out three successful collections online. Ran pop-up shop events in London and Barcelona, supported by print and digital advertising campaigns and a event gifting and seeding strategy to get thousands of tote bags to artists/fans at RA events globally.
